Small Item Courier Delivery

Any order that qualifies for as a small parcel or standard delivery will be shipped via Canada Post within Canada. We have warehouses in both Alberta and Ontario to ensure delivery times are faster than normal for regularly stocked products. There are several quick ship delivery items including mattress protectors, pillows, sheet set, and kids mattresses from Naturepedic. Most standard size shipments qualify for Free Shipping on orders of $200 or more.

Shipments deemed oversized or too heavy for Canada Post (35kg maximum weight) will be shipped either FedEx or Canpar if Canada Post is unable. In-Stock orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days (remote or rural locations may take longer). Occasionally to speed up the delivery process we may have our suppliers drop ship directly to you via a courier of their choice. Once any order ships you will get a shipping notification with a tracking number for your convenience.

Large Item Shipping & Delivery

Larger items including Cabinet Beds, Bedroom Furniture, and Adjustable Beds including Mattresses are considered Large Items. We offer a wide range of options including curbside delivery which includes complimentary Tailgate Service, Threshold (In-Side the Door) and Deluxe In-Home Delivery with White Glove Service. In-Home Set up is typically available in the Edmonton Metro and Greater Toronto Area automatically where we have showrooms located.

Our standard home delivery includes delivery to your door. Our Flat Fee of $125-$175 on most large items including Murphy Cabinet Beds, Mattresses, Adjustable Beds, and other large items includes complimentary (or free) tailgate service. In essence most websites and companies charge for tailgate service between ($75 to $100). This is an important detail because if this service is not included the customer has to unload off the back of a truck which is why Luxurious Beds and Linens includes the service. Remote areas in the Territories, Nunavut, Labrador, and greater distances from major shipping centres are considered out of area or remote including areas of the maritimes.
