For larger items including Cabinet Beds, Organic Mattresses, and Larger Shipments that require to be on a skid including Adjustable Beds we mainly use Day and Ross and they have Terminals across Canada to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Depending on where you reside in Canada we will also use other carriers including Manitoulin, Maritime-Ontario, and Western Logistics to reduce shipping cost to our customers where we can.

We will accept a return on any bedding, pillow, or regularly stocked merchandise provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Non-stocked inventory or custom orders are designated final sale; an exchange will happen in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage to the shipment.

Specific mattress models are designated with 100 Night Trial including the Hush Mattress. The Savvy Rest Serenity and Serenity Spring Hybrid 90 Day comfort adjustment but not a return for a full refund.

Wesley Allen are beautiful handmade beds from California. Typical lead time is 8 to 12 weeks. This is an approximation as the production on each frame varies.

A Cabinet Bed is classified as a Murphy Bed by definition. Many customers ask that question as Vertical Murphy Beds is how most people classify a Murphy Bed but any hidden bed can be classified as one. A Cabinet Bed is Murphy Bed without the Installation or Anchoring Required.
