The Bella Head Split Adjustable Bed Package is typically in stock and arrives within 4-7 business days. When out of stock, please allow 1- 2 weeks for delivery. Free delivery is available to most major cities across Canada, or pick-up is available at our Mississauga Distribution Centre. White Glove Service is complimentary across the Greater Toronto Area. Refunds
All Sales are Final once they have shipped or have been picked up from our store location, warehouse, or have been shipped directly from the manufacturer. This does not include warranty or manufacturing defects (Please see directly below for more Details).
Any customized mattress or bedding product cannot be cancelled once the order is in production whether it has shipped or not. This would included custom sized mattresses, furniture, and bedding including personalized embroidery/sizing alterations.
Warranty Claims
We will accept a return on any bedding, pillow, or regularly stocked merchandise provided the product meets the criteria of the manufacturer’s warranty. Send all warranty requests by filling out our contact form by clicking here or email us directly customerservice@LBAL.ca .
A manufacturer may decide to either repair or replace the item as stated in their specific warranty.
Return Policy on Mattresses
All mattresses include a minimum 10, 20, or 25 year warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. Contact our Customer Service Team or our Store in Mississauga for further details and instruction on how to begin the process of submitting a warranty claim.
Adjustable Beds and Furniture
All adjustable beds and furniture items are a final sale once they have shipped from our suppliers or have arrived at our warehouse for White-Glove Home Delivery. There are no returns on Adjustable Beds, Mattresses, Cabinet Beds, and Furniture other than a manufacturing defect or damaged product in shipping or delivery.

Small Item or Courier Delivery
Lead Times
Once your order has shipped, the following approximate delivery times apply. Typical lead times are 1-6 business days for most orders. In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours. At times we will offer Free Delivery or Shipping on specific products depending on the promotion or pricing we are currently offering.
Special/Custom orders or out-of-stock items, please allow at least 2-3 weeks approximately for delivery. Tracking information is sent via email once our courier picks up a shipment. Customer Service will send a follow-up email in the event of any shipment delays. Feel free to contact our office at any time should you wish to inquire about the availability and lead time of a specific product listed on our website.
Curbside Delivery via Freight Carrier
The majority of our orders ship via a courier, typically via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS, foundations, adjustable beds, Murphy Beds, Cabinet Beds, Sleep Chest and unique considerations may require your order to ship via a Freight company. Every shipment includes Tailgate Service; the driver will remove the package(s) or skid and leave it on the curbside or to your door (This is dependent on the individual Carrier Driver and is out of our control). If your order qualifies for Free Delivery, there will be no additional charge for this service. ***Please note that adjustable beds, cabinet beds, and larger furniture items DO NOT qualify automatically for Free Delivery unless otherwise stated. Contact Us or Call +1 (905) 891-3081 for Shipping and Delivery options in your area. Curbside rates typically start from $125 to $275 across the GTA.
White-Glove Deluxe In-Home Set-Up
Delivery Set Up and Assembly is automatically available in the Greater Toronto Area and Select Regions of Southern Ontario. Pricing starts from $100 - $375 in select cities. Removal of your old mattress or removal of packaging is a $50 charge if this service is available in your area. Every White-Glove delivery is a two-man professional delivery crew. Contact our Store or Office should you require further information.
Damaged Freight Policy
If you receive a shipment that appears to be damaged or missing packages, the shipment please ensure to mark the details clearly on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Luxurious Beds and Linens must be notified within 48 hrs. to file a claim. If the delivery receipt or BOL (Bill of Lading) is not marked, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers. We highly recommend you contact our Office if any issues arise at the time of delivery see we can offer our assistance.
Shipments Refused on Delivery
Any shipments refused other than damage will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. If you need to cancel your order or change it, Contact Us before it leaves our facility. (Please note cancellations or alterations to your order only apply if your order qualifies, please see return policy for details).
Large Item Shipping & Delivery
To Review Larger items, including Cabinet Beds, Bedroom Furniture, and Adjustable Beds including Mattresses, are considered Large Items. We offer a wide range of options, including curbside delivery, which includes complimentary Tailgate Service, Threshold (To the Door) and Deluxe In-Home Delivery with White Glove Service. Set Up and Delivery is available in the Greater Toronto Area, where our primary warehouse and Boutique Showroom are located.
