Refunds
All Sales are Final once they have shipped or have been picked up from our store location, warehouse, or have been shipped directly from the manufacturer. This does not include warranty or manufacturing defects (Please see directly below for more Details).
Any customized mattress or bedding product cannot be cancelled once the order is in production, whether it has shipped or not. This includes custom-sized mattresses, furniture, and bedding, including personalized embroidery/sizing alterations.
You have 30 days to return a defective or incorrect product, provided a replacement cannot be sent to the customer within an expedited time frame of 2-7 business days.
Warranty Claims
We will accept a return on any bedding, pillow, or regularly stocked merchandise provided the product meets the criteria of the manufacturer’s warranty. Send all warranty requests by filling out our contact form by clicking here, or email us directly customerservice@LBAL.ca.
A manufacturer may decide to either repair or replace the item as stated in their specific warranty.
Return Policy on Mattresses
All mattresses include a minimum 10, 20, or 25 year warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. Contact our Customer Service Team or our Store in Mississauga for further details and instruction on how to begin the process of submitting a warranty claim.
Adjustable Beds and Furniture
All adjustable beds and furniture items are a final sale once they have shipped from our suppliers or have arrived at our warehouse for White-Glove Home Delivery. There are no returns on Adjustable Beds, Mattresses, Cabinet Beds, and Furniture other than a manufacturing defect or damaged product in shipping or delivery.
