The Wesley Allen Hamilton Iron Bed carries stately lines that indicate royal heritage, but its presence is one of a well-established, superbly confident style. A shield-like head and footboard, carefully adorned with twisted metal that looks for all the world like fine wound rope or tassel, add to the iron bed's dignity, while details like an aged antique finish and whimsical claw feet add little touches to an otherwise imposing style.

In-Stock Orders are generally ready for pickup at our Distribution Warehouse in Mississauga within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. Curbside Delivery via Freight Carrier or Local Delivery Truck
Our Local Delivery Teams across the Greater Toronto Area will deliver every Sleep Chest or Cabinet Bed model in our service area, providing a more personalized service to our valued customers. Curbside Delivery includes delivery to your door, inside the garage (where available), or to the threshold. Outside our local service area, orders will be delivered via a freight carrier, which provides tailgate service, unloading your Murphy Bed, and placement in front of your driveway or to the door (this is dependent on the driver, carrier, and service level available at the time of delivery). WHITE-GLOVE DELUXE IN-HOME SET-UP
Delivery, Set Up, and Assembly are automatically available in the Greater Toronto Area and Select Regions of Southern Ontario. Our Flat Rate of $295 to $350 applies to all areas that qualify (Contact Our Store For Additional Questions and To Learn More). Removal of packaging is a $50 charge if this service is available in your area. Every Deluxe In-Home Set Up delivery is a two-man professional team with years of experience in furniture delivery and assembly.. DAMAGED FREIGHT POLICY
Although exceedingly rare, if you receive a shipment from a freight carrier that appears to be damaged, the shipment must be marked clearly on the delivery receipt and pictures taken at the time of delivery when you sign for the shipment. Luxurious Beds and Linens must be notified within 48 hrs to file a claim. If the delivery receipt or BOL (Bill of Lading) is not marked, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers. SHIPMENTS REFUSED ON DELIVERY
Any shipments refused other than for damage will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. If you need to cancel your order or change it, Contact Us before it leaves our facility. (Please note cancellations only apply if your order qualifies; please see the return policy for details.)

To initiate a return purchased on

RETURN AND REFUNDS
We will accept a return on any bedding, pillow, or regularly stocked merchandise provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Non-stocked inventory or custom orders are designated final sale; the exchange is will happen in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage to the shipment.
SHIPPING FEES
All customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product to us. It is also important to remember that we offer free shipping at times on select items across Canada, so when returning a product, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY ON MATTRESSES
All mattresses include a minimum 10, 20, or 25 year warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. Contact our Customer Service Team or our Mattress store in Oakville for further details and instruction on how to begin the process of submitting a warranty claim.
ADJUSTABLE BEDS AND FURNITURE
All adjustable beds and furniture items are a final sale once they have shipped from our suppliers or have arrived at our centres for White-Glove Home Delivery. There are no returns on Adjustable Beds, Mattresses, Cabinet Beds, and Furniture other than a manufacturing defect or damaged product in shipping or delivery.
