The following are our recommendations to maximize the life of your sheets.
We highly recommend washing and premium bed linens with our LeBlanc Linen or Laundry Wash

When you first open your Luxurious Beds and Linens sheets, please ensure you wash them before using for 2 reasons:

To remove any residual dye or finishing chemicals from the fabric
Our cotton sheets are overcut to allow for shrinkage on the first wash. 90% of the cotton shrinkage will happen in the first wash.

Washing instructions:

Wash in warm water on a delicate cycle with low amounts of liquid detergent.
We do not recommend the use of liquid fabric softeners as this will break down the fabric faster.

To maintain white crisp sheets, do not use bleach, it will devastate cotton. We recommend a colour-safe bleach alternative such as Oxi Clean. Dry on med-low heat


Remove from the dryer immediately to limit wrinkling. Ironing is not necessary; however will improve the smoothness and lustre of your sheets. Note: Over time, our fabrics will relax and wrinkle less and less

Pro Tip: If possible, hang dry your sheets; it can help to increase the longevity of your bedding.

This product qualifies for quick ship, with orders generally being fulfilled within 2-7 business days. This is for all standard sizes in Twin/Single, Twin XL, Double/Full, Queen, and King in a 15” or 20” Fitted Sheet Depth. Custom sizzling is available; please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for completion. 

Quick Ship and Pick Up

In-Stock Orders are generally ready for pickup at our Distribution Warehouse in Mississauga within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. Most shipped orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days. Deluxe In-Home Set Up, where necessary, will vary, but in-home orders are generally scheduled within 1-3 days with all in-stock orders.

Refunds

All Sales are Final once they have shipped or have been picked up from our store location, warehouse, or have been shipped directly from the manufacturer. This does not include warranty or manufacturing defects (Please see directly below for more Details).

Any customized mattress or bedding product cannot be cancelled once the order is in production whether it has shipped or not. This would included custom sized mattresses, furniture, and bedding including personalized embroidery/sizing alterations.

Warranty Claims

We will accept a return on any bedding, pillow, or regularly stocked merchandise provided the product meets the criteria of the manufacturer’s warranty. Send all warranty requests by filling out our contact form by clicking here or email us directly customerservice@LBAL.ca . 

A manufacturer may decide to either repair or replace the item as stated in their specific warranty.

Return Policy on Mattresses

All mattresses include a minimum 10, 20, or 25 year warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. Contact our Customer Service Team or our Store in Mississauga for further details and instruction on how to begin the process of submitting a warranty claim.

Adjustable Beds and Furniture

All adjustable beds and furniture items are a final sale once they have shipped from our suppliers or have arrived at our warehouse for White-Glove Home Delivery. There are no returns on Adjustable Beds, Mattresses, Cabinet Beds, and Furniture other than a manufacturing defect or damaged product in shipping or delivery.
